OK. voicemod.net wasn't greate because 99% of the software was locked behind a paywall; and I only found that out after going through the effort of giving the website my email so they could make an account under that email, and I needed that account just to unlock the software installed on my PC. The frontend uses the ace editor for syntax highlighting and then sends all the "text" you have typed to a python backend. The backend then writes all the text to a temporary directory and calls the compiler using subprocess (something similar to os.system). Source: over 1 year ago
