Changi has a transit hotel (or at least used to, pre-pandemic). That might be worth a look. There's also a bunch of lounges that are just pay to enter and are independent of the airlines. Pretty sure I booked through prioritypass.com and they were about $60 or so to get in (which I probably well and truly got back just from the open bar). Source: about 2 years ago

I understand that year-round weather might be important factor for you. But I would still say that the fundament of nomad lifestyle (both historical and current) is following important patterns (of weather, animals, prices, interests...), so whether somewhere one of this factor is stable (year-round) is not so important when you are nomad, as you can harmonise your changing places with the change of these...
