Have you done pramp.com? I really really recommend it, even if you found a job. You can ask people to be brutally honest before you start and start collecting feedback for both technical and non technical skills. I have a really important online job interview and the third party company that is responsible for recording it absolutely sucks (talview.com). The mobile app kept freezing during me answering questions on two seperate phones.
