Have you done pramp.com? I really really recommend it, even if you found a job. You can ask people to be brutally honest before you start and start collecting feedback for both technical and non technical skills. If it's reliable then it probably isn't a resume problem and more of a location problem since I have my actual location with (open to remote and all timezones) indicated at the contact info section.
