Have you done pramp.com? I really really recommend it, even if you found a job. You can ask people to be brutally honest before you start and start collecting feedback for both technical and non technical skills. It's more fast tracked than codecademy.com but in my experience, these sites have better online IDE's and larger online communities for discussions.
