I recommend Posteo https://posteo.de/en . Nothing special, just a simple, straightforward email provider that does what it says (including respecting your privacy). My solution, that I started to use probably 20 years ago, is having my own emails & domain on a webhost server. Expect to pay $30 for a webhost, domain name & registration each year.
