Pomy VS Zocdoc

I have the same issue. Sort of. Once I start checking any social media, I go down a rabbit hole of hours spent on various platforms. The one thing that has helped me is a timer, as odd as it sounds. I try to only do social media on my laptop and not my phone. That helps. And then on my laptop I use the free desktop app Pomy. I would try zocdoc.com as a starting point. If you have health insurance, you can put in what company it's with so they will pull up providers in your network. If not, there's an option for that too. He is based locally to where I live. He's been practicing for 30-some years, has excellent reviews, and would be the one to actually treat me if I went with him.
