As for rule 2 compliance, you may recall from the last post, I textured the duck with an image from unsplash. I used a terrain texture from polyhaven.com (was texturehaven.com back when I downloaded it.) I honestly cannot remember which tool I got the heightmap from, it was so long ago. As per rule 2: I used a picture from unsplash to texture the duck. I used wood textures from polyhaven.com for the boat. All the modeling done in blender. Source: about 1 year ago
I was looking for a wood texture and was really impressed by something on sharetextures.com. At the bottom it said that the texture was created 'using photogrammetry'. I tried googling how to do it, but I only found tutorials for actual 3d models and not high-definition textures. Any resources for getting started would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
