I tried Poloniex, which again took too much fees for sending away coins, also their option to sell-to-fiat, was eventully a coin-send to Simplex which costed me 25€ in Bitcoins, plus additional 5€ for withdrawing my Fiat via SEPA. Source: about 3 years ago

The metamask does not show any activity except when wallet address is pasted to bscscan. There are however in "connected sites" stuff like instant.airswap.io, matcha.xyz, tokenlon.im, 1inch exchange although I think the last one I did connect myself at some point but the weird swaps are new to me.
