PodSqueeze VS Descript

This is a side project, and publishing one episode every week is challenging. Primarily if you target an evergreen strategy and not a news podcast. Things like preparing a topic, recording, audio editing, writing shownotes/links/chapters, marketing (social media posts), and maybe editing reels/shorts. This can quickly consume ~8h per week. Check out podsqueeze.com you point it to your feed, pick an episode and it does the transcipt, show minutes, suggested tweats, and show notes. Its free to try and fairly cheap after that! Source: about 1 year ago

For transcripts, I use Descript. Descript is able to identify all four of our panel members, and I usually spend an hour or so cleaning it up and setting the transcript into a video for YouTube. Source: 12 months ago

I tried to use descript.com but found out that they didn't have a download for Linux and that their online version doesn't allow you to edit your transcript. Source: over 1 year ago
