Another developer I played games from that has games for both iOS and Droid is Kairosoft. Their games ranging between $5 - $14 US (depending which title), and some of them posted for free, they develop management type games, and I've been hooked for quite some time. Many of their games are management types, and I especially enjoyed Hot Springs Story, The Sushi Spinnery and The Ramen Sensei.
