Getting a new phone soon, what are some cool time passing games to get?

Another developer I played games from that has games for both iOS and Droid is Kairosoft. Their games ranging between $5 - $14 US (depending which title), and some of them posted for free, they develop management type games, and I've been hooked for quite some time. Though the games are pretty short, and once it ends, you can either start over, or keep playing. Some of my favorite titles were The Sushi Spinnery, Hot Springs Story, and The Ramen Sensei.

Happy Street

Happy Street - If you love Animal Crossing, this game reminds me a lot about the game. Though it's pretty old, but you can't resist when the animals speak in this game. I adore the artwork presented, and being a side scrolling town builder, it's very unique.
