For full web games (yeah, I come from the web, so I try to make my family proud), I will recommend PixiJS. It has great support for TypeScript and works very well with Vite. Alternatively, you could define some behaviors using GameplayKit, which has some integrations with SpriteKit in the editor which would allow you to, say, click a node in the scene editor and enter the node's speed instead of defining it with code.
