Pixel Dungeon and it's many of it's modded versions are free of grinding and financial transactions. Some modded versions have grindy typical RPG aspects added to them, but most don't. Most if not all mods should be available if you are open to using an android emulator. Pixel Dungeon classic is unforgiving and will do it's best to kill you. Yeah it's good :D You can get the 2004 freeware version at cavestory.org, and cave story+ is on steam and switch (although the switch version has more features such as native widescreen and 2 extra soundtracks). Source: 11 months ago

I got the good ending, what do I do after the ending screen? Is there a way to exit it? If I exit and start a new game (didn't got best ending because... I always fell down on the waterway house door :( ), will it count I got it? I'm playing the aeon genesis spanish translation from cavestory.org (the vagrante traducciones one), so yeah.
