Use the free photopea.com. Close the top blue banner, if there is one, by clicking the X. Then load your photo and use the Color Replacement brush from the left tool bar to paint over the area with the new color. Select the new color first, so it appears in the palette at the bottom of the tool bar. This is an original graphical representation of both the size (number of unique stages) and scope (amount of objectives to complete) of the mainline Super Mario games.
