   does a specific job very well

   LosslessCut makes it very easy to cut out a section of video. It can also arrange sequences of cuts. It is very fast because it does not reformat the data; that also means it doesn't degrade the quality.

   It only reliably cuts at video keyframes; this could be an issue if you want 100% precision on your cuts. It does not attempt other editing tasks such as reformat or region crop.

   Like many video editors it is a GUI to ffmpeg. You can see the ffmpeg commands generated and use them outside LosslessCut if necessary.

  Use the free photopea.com. Close the top blue banner, if there is one, by clicking the X. Then load your photo and use the Color Replacement brush from the left tool bar to paint over the area with the new color. Select the new color first, so it appears in the palette at the bottom of the tool bar.   Additionally I would like if possible to shorten (both to reduce dimension and to make them less boring) my videos by trimming the beginning and/or ends where often there is nothing interesting happening and possibly change the thumbnails for easier identification.
