Photomosh, it's a great editting software that can make static images be animated using the glitch effects provided. Source: 11 months ago
  • Turning a viral NPC girl into an actual NPC. Made with SD-CN-Animation. Instruction in the comments.
Took a while to get the parameters right for this video. Here is one trick I discovered doing that: take a single screenshot from the video that represents the video good enough. Process it with img2img with the same or similar prompt that you are going to use in SD-CN-Animation and use the resulting image with 'reference_only' CN preprocessor. That makes the whole animation much more coherent, and for some reason... Source: 12 months ago
  • Found this site through twitter that slightly animates images. Throwing Stable Diffusion generations into it is pretty awesome. Site in comments.
Yeah I love leaipix, its the best site for these quick animations. I just wish they'd add zoom in feature. Also check out photomosh.com. Source: 12 months ago

  • Health Insurance USA
I have recently immigrated to the US. I need health insurance until I find a job which provides with one. I visited healthcare.gov and it was bit confusing as some of the plans were showing up a minimum of 500$/month (49 year old). Could someone advise me whether there are cheaper options. • How is everyone affording to live a life right now?
From the Billions spent on social services, from rental vouchers, to HEAP energy assistance, to SNAP food ebt benefits, to free internet service thru ACP, to free govt provided cells, to healthcare.gov, to earned income credits for working . That's how many are doing it. Information is a means to power! Source: 5 months ago
  • Retiring in Florida
Go to healthcare.gov and see if you qualify for insurance. Maximum out of pocket depends on the type of plan you pick and what it covers. If you don't qualify through healthcare.gov, you will need to buy insurance on your own which could be quite expensive. Source: 5 months ago
  • wanting to commit suicide due to my chest
You can still get it done without insurance, it's just really expensive. It will be thousands of dollars cheaper to get insurance for a year or so and have the surgery covered than to try and pay for it out of pocket, so it's worth maybe getting insurance. If you're in the USA, healthcare.gov is currently in its 2024 enrollment period so you can buy insurance right now for next year. Source: 5 months ago
