There are already character builders to PnP Pathfinder like PCGen and Pathbuilder 1e. Or are you talking about modding WotR for managing a PnP campaign? Not directly what you want, but I’m the developer of DungeonFog, a TTRPG map editor. We have a ton of Fantasy maps in our public gallery, created by our users. You can easily copy them into your account, optionally adjust them and then export them as an image. Most don’t have any markings, but if they do you can simply remove them before exporting.
