PC Gamer VS whatoplay

Text clarity - it can be jarring at times, depending on the font. Like the default setup in Notepad++, the text looks blocky. Same with the font on pcgamer.com (this one is pretty bad - news streaming section on the home page) or product titles on bestbuy.com So some thing you can just change the font (like notepad++) or zoom in a little on some webpages, clears up the blocky look. You could also try whatoplay.com - they take at least 3 critic reviews and the average over user ratings from steam, gog.com etc. And then generate an aggregate rating from that. However, niche games will suffer from that (but these could still be great games). Source: about 3 years ago
