So if you're trying to find a quality product from a company that specializes in making just that particular thing, so you can avoid all the Chinese sellers on amazon, you sometimes can't. Also check kindle unlimited for German titles. If they are KU in Germany they usually are as well in the US. You use your US account on amazon.com to then read german literature.
