(I live in USA) When I go to payments under my shopify account to add paypal as a payment method I am having trouble doing so. I first click activate paypal > activate paypal express checkout which directs me to a "security challenge" (confirm I am not a robot). Then it just brings me to paypals website (paypal.com/us/home). I tried to use EquityZen a few years ago, but unfortunately the company blocked the sale. I also talked to ESO Fund, but they weren't able to work with me since I wasn't a US citizen or resident. I have never seen the capitalization table however recently I was looking at https://equityzen.com/ and noticed that they have a cap table for the company with "Estimated Outstanding Shares".
