I use Quickbooks self-employed, which is cheaper than regular Quickbooks. For me it's pretty adequate. I use it for receipts, mileage, and billing. It's a comparable fee if someone pays with a credit card, and no fee if someone pays via ACH. Source: about 2 years ago
