I use to do my one on ones manually and had a slew of questions I'd run through. Now I have my reports answer the questions and leave a response of the most important things we can discuss when in our one on one.

I really felt you when you said when you told your cat you would take her to the vet. I done the same thing with my cats. I would even push my kitties away when they tried climbing onto my keyboard while I gambled. π I'm not sure if you tried talking to animal hospital about payments, but some allow it. I'm not going through Pawp but they might be good to look into they're lower end pricing maybe 20$ a month?; https://pawp.com/ And don't cover a TON but even if you save 500$ for example through them or whatever it is, it's still quite a bit you don't have to deal with.
