   Most secure journal app, easy to use and free

   Monkkee is so secure that the entries can be read only by you. If you lost the password it is lost forever. No one has access to even your password. It provides client side encryption i.e the entries are encrypted even before they are transferred to the server. It is easy to use. You can categorize your diary entries using tags.

  I have bought stuff from the US that does not ship to Norway by either using a forwarding service like jetcarrier.com that gives you a Norwegian adress to ship to. And I have used parcl.com - a site where regular people for a fee agree to forward packages or even buy it for you, deal with the seller, check the contents, send you pictures etc before shipping.   I have not yet opened a request at parcl.com , therefore I don't know exact costs of the service, but you can check their facts and stats to have an idea. It does not appear to be expensive. Source: about 3 years ago
