I have bought stuff from the US that does not ship to Norway by either using a forwarding service like jetcarrier.com that gives you a Norwegian adress to ship to. And I have used parcl.com - a site where regular people for a fee agree to forward packages or even buy it for you, deal with the seller, check the contents, send you pictures etc before shipping. Commercejs: https://commercejs.com The problem here is that we can manage multiple merchants, however, each merchant has its API private/public key combination, payment integration, customer list, etc, So we don't have centralized customer lists for us but only for each merchant we create.
