  • Can I use a zoom lens to create an panorama and thus an HDRI?
Just me, but you can use Hugin to stitch together fisheye shots into a 360x180 equirectangular that you should be able to use as an environment map in blender with the Cycles renderer, but you can also use Blender or something like Pano2VR to create cube faces out of an equirectangular. I think. I'm not a Blender user. Source: 12 months ago
  • Panorama to video
I have paid software, Pano2VR that can be fed the pano image and create an interactive VR version, but I have no idea if there's anything out there for free that does this without coding. ... Maybe Panellum? Source: over 1 year ago
  • Tips for Video Walkthrough Workflow
If you want to spend money and not have to deal with the gritty, there's some tour creators around (https://ggnome.com/pano2vr/, https://www.3dvista.com/en/products/virtualtour, and https://www.easypano.com/vr-virtual-tour-software.html) but I haven't used any of these so I can't tell you if they're worth their price. Also, they'd be outputting the actual tour to be embedded in your site instead of a video. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Website other than Kuula for presenting 360 panos?
Not necessarily a website recommendation, but if you use the software called Pano2VR to create your interactive tour, you can export the tour as an HTML package (images, hotspots, and HTML code all included) and upload that to the root directory of whatever hosting platform. For example, you can have set aside a specific folder on your website's main directory and link to it from within a wordpress template.... Source: about 2 years ago
  • I’m building an art gallery in webxr
Check out Pano2VR its pretty easy to use, and if you can model in 3D, it would be simple to create a rendered panorama to import into Pano2VR, then add in all of the media, no scripting needed. Source: about 3 years ago

  • What cameras are you planning to use on trail?
I also saw another hiker that posted a selection of his images on https://pixieset.com - which is easier than setting up and managing a website. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Show recording / general media distribution solution?
Hm, I just thought there would be something like Pixieset, but bring your own storage with a simple app to connect to Pixieset's servers. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Official Question Thread! Ask /r/photography anything you want to know about photography or cameras! Don't be shy! Newbies welcome!
One answer to original post was pixieset which looks interesting and I hadn't heard of before (thanks u/Rashkh). Source: over 1 year ago
  • Actually hosting a website?
If you want something "wix-like" and don't like the pricing, they do have competitors. A couple of my friends who are in photography use https://pixieset.com/, and a couple others use a shopify store to sell prints / service packages. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Where can i make a free store to sell my prints?
Https://pixieset.com/ you can check this site out. Source: over 1 year ago
