Yes, there are various sites that offer that - check for instance panflights.com which I'm developing. You can enter a flexible departure date, and also a flexible number of nights at the destination using the "Stay length" option - this makes it easier to find great deals. Whatever safe bed you can find at this point. You've left it too late to be picky and it's looking like it's going to be the start of the the busiest, boomiest tourist season here in Italy ever. Expect to have to stay very, very, very far from city centers and transit connections or to pay $400+/night on a place.
