Our team at PagerDuty has a number of open source repositories for our Ops Guides. These are a bunch of online docs that we created and manage about topics we think will help folks who use our products. The projects are stable; they don’t get much in the way of additions, outside pull requests, or issues, which means we’re not watching them too closely. So, when something does come in, we’d like to know about it... - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
Koblime uses Sentry (https://sentry.io) to detect crashes and performance issues and PagerDuty (https://pagerduty.com) to send me an alert. The data tells me if an issue is isolated to a single region or user or if it's a site-wide outage. PagerDuty alerts me if something is wrong (because it's impractical for me to watch r/kobo or r/koblime for issues 24/7). The performance logs tell me if I'm overspending on the... In this tutorial, we're going to walk through together how to build our very own Incident Management Tool like Incident.io or PagerDuty. I've tried tawk.to and created separate agent profiles for each dealer but I cannot find how to restrict access only to their listings so not everyone can join the others live chat as it happens atm. Has anyone tried something like this before to guide me ? Any suggestions? Source: 11 months ago

Okay. I have deleted my cookies and browsing data. That should be safe enough measure. right? Although I am unable to access tawk.to website now. Maybe they have blocked my IP or something. Source: about 1 year ago
I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best. Preferably free or not too expensive, doesn't need to have a lot of functions. What do you guys suggest? Thanks in advance! Source: about 1 year ago
