We've used Padlet in the past but switched to Menti a year ago or so. There are many other tools, and most have an export feature, which allows you to download the data in a format readable by Excel. In Excel, we code each comment according to the categories covered by our in-house course survey: content, facilitation, duration, pacing, venue, materials, learning, relevance, satisfaction, and likelihood to recommend. Yep, you can create a filter in jq to do that. Alternatively, if you prefer Python syntax you could try jello, which works like jq but is really Python under the hood. (I am also the author of jello). Source: about 1 year ago
