Ran ping tests on cmd, and did a packet loss test on Packet Loss Test – Test Your Connection Quality Ping is where its always been at for me at 20-60ms, seems no download packet loss, and only upload packet loss noted on games that give that kind of detail for me to view. Source: 8 months ago
