The seller has given you 3 tracking #s one which supposedly the package was lost. If 17track.net, parcelsapp and postal.ninja along with https://packageradar.com/ does not show the last tracking # moving then continues with the dispute. You can appeal the ruling of the dispute. This is what I dislike about AE inconsistent rulings by their dispute department. If the parcel is from the US, I suggest tracking at the USPS website and Royal Mail too. But if you want to see both tracking data I suggest trying the parcel tracker https://tracktrace.delivery. Source: about 1 year ago
