Correct I have seen that recently on a shipment before it left China. I would advise OP to check other tracking sites like 17track.net, parcelsapp, postal.ninja or https://packageradar.com/ to see if they can determine where the parcel is. Source: over 1 year ago
The seller has given you 3 tracking #s one which supposedly the package was lost. If 17track.net, parcelsapp and postal.ninja along with https://packageradar.com/ does not show the last tracking # moving then continues with the dispute. You can appeal the ruling of the dispute. This is what I dislike about AE inconsistent rulings by their dispute department. If multiple tracking services such as 17track.net , https://postal.ninja/en, http://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/ and https://packageradar.com/ do not show the package was delivered the onus is on the shipper to file a claim with USPS if USPS lost the parcel and never delivered it. Try using: aftership.com or epost.go.kr: mine was in that same position and still is on pandabuy app! But when I went epost.go.kr I was able to get an update! I shipped the same date and almost time that your photo shows. Hope this helps! Source: about 1 year ago
I'd also recommend using your own mail service's website or something like aftership.com because somehow they have better updates than Royal Mail for a lot of packages. Source: about 1 year ago
I used 4PX (because I didn't understand how the DHL shipping worked) and wound up getting it within 2-1/2 weeks. If you have the 4PX tracking number you can check status on aftership.com. At some point it is turned over to USPS and you should be able to get the USPS tracking number and check on delivery status on USPS.com. Source: almost 3 years ago
