There is also https://us.ovhcloud.com/ which appears to be a different site entirely. If I attempt to make an account here, I simply never receive a verification email, although verification works fine via the other URLs. There is a warning about US customers prior to 2018 can sign in via ovh.com/world, which if I follow this out of curiosity, it brings me to the site that redirects me to ca.ovh.com.
