    Second, I ordered a Sony Bravia Android TV on snapdeal.com which cost me ~Rs. 60,000. The local Sony guy who came to install the TV at my home told me that the package came with the mounting rod and its installation parts missing. I raised this with snapdeal and they wouldn't help. They did their best to say that it was not a part of the sale package. I posted about it on r/india and on twitter as well and shared... Source: about 3 years ago
