You can't start a successful startup in Israel if you're a Palestinian. I have a tax related question. If I purchase a pre-IPO stock in the secondary market or via crowdfunding sites like ourcrowd.com, then do I need to pay tax on any capital gains that the stock might have in subsequent funding rounds. I said this on ycombinator.com, if Elon spent more time on his business rather than arguing online about covid (which is what he was doing at the time of the outage btw), I feel like less twitter outages would happen and perhaps the Twitter Status would be properly updated.
