  Don't get the purpose of this post but what kind of startup are we talking about? Different countries have different levels of ease for different types of startups. You can't start a successful startup in Israel if you're a Palestinian. If I purchase a pre-IPO stock in the secondary market or via crowdfunding sites like ourcrowd.com, then do I need to pay tax on any capital gains that the stock might have in subsequent funding rounds. • New data analyst tasked with major overhaul needing guidance!

  The space I am more aware of is the data integration part of the process, and my team uses hotglue (though hotglue is built for developers) to collate the data into one place, do any transformations necessary (the transformations are done in Python in hotglue), and then send it to the tool we use (we recently switched from Databox to Whatagraph).
