Otter.ai uses an AI Meeting Assistant to transcribe meetings in real time, record audio, capture slides, extract action items, and generate an AI meeting summary.
User Evaluation uses AI to understand audio and video files from customer conversations and then provide insights per session and a report for all sessions. The research report (written by AI) combines all insights along with generative data visualizations to visualize trends, and a presentation ready for you to share with your team. These features allow you to gain a deeper understanding of your audio or video content and present your findings in a clear and concise way. And if you want to learn more about your sessions, you can chat with our AI assistant to get any questions answered.

Software is great & good to see sales being considered more with CRM integrations. Only pain point is inability to download summaries as PDFs
