The only thing I found after a quick search was oTranscribe which seems to be an interview tool for journalists, but if all you need is for someone to be able to dictate an email to be copy-pasted...   I think that's just an artifact, as they can also produce heavy metal scream singing etc. It just mimics something that was in the training data.
