  • Show HN: Ordinary Puzzles, a free puzzle game inspired by Picross and Sudoku
Ordinary Puzzles is open source, is built with React Native, and it’s available on the mobile app stores, on the web (as a PWA), and as an Electron app. Hope you give it a try! (Please don’t skip the short tutorial :P) https://ordinarypuzzles.com/ P.S.: The puzzles come from https://github.com/jsnell/linjat (the author is credited and has been contacted before using them). - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
  • Running React Native everywhere: Browser Extensions & Electron
⚠️ This post is more of a fun experiment than a real tutorial :) I'm not aware of many React Native for Web apps running in Electron in production (besides Ordinary Puzzles and DevHub). And I've never heard of anyone running React Native for Web in a browser extension before. - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago

  • How To Solve A Rubix Cube
This Christmas, I got the Go Cube as a gift for my 8 yo son but I’ve been hogging it and it’s been a ton of fun. Source: over 1 year ago
  • any cubers here?
In 1981 I could solve my original Rubik's Cube in 75 seconds. I thought that was pretty good, then a teenager friend of the family did it in 45 seconds. I can remember doing the top and middle level, but I need to re-memorize the moves for the different patterns on the bottom. Several years ago, I bought one on a Kickstarter for Go Cube. • My wife convinced me it was OK to spend way too much money on 2 3x3 cubes. I don't think she understands the door this will open.
Since you have permission, you should check out the GoCube, either at speedcubeshop or from GoCube directly. Source: about 3 years ago
