GNOME is a desktop environment, a way of enabling the user to interact with and use the computer. If you install Ubuntu Linux, it's what you get. I believe it also includes the Orca screenreader. There is a way you could use a few tools (eg. nextup.ai / clearfeed.ai, etc.), to auto-create a ticket for every request from employees on a slack channel. You could further opt-in to route replies from ticketing system to the slack thread, and let your support team work from the support software, while your employees get replies from slack.
