   Excellent tool

   Curious karen powers one of our website and the experience is good

   👍 Pros:    Turns boring survey to conversation|Using it contact us page|Got it as lifetime access during product release

   👎 Cons:    Not sure if its a con but you need some learning curve to use some festure like creating those surveys that includes assigning scores.
