What about opensky-network.org? Their API is free if you are a feeder. I use Node-RED to get the exact information you mention. I haven't thought much about this actually. I wouldn't know how to do something interesting with monitoring/streaming/retraining because as you say, it looks like you would need a proper production setting; that said, there are some interesting open source streaming data sources out there, I recently saw some open live data for flights around the world for example (I think it's this one). Flightradar24 filters out a lot of data. ie: military flights. You should look into using opensky-network.org. Source: almost 3 years ago

I need the bounding boxes of all adminstrative units in a specific region from the largest (e.g. The state) to the smallest (whatever this is called) including the full name of the district. What I mean by that is what is displayed on openstreetmap.org when I search for e.g. Brooklyn: it will be displayed in the search results as "Brooklyn, Kings County, New York, United States of America" – the names joined from...
