The "issue" is that the email appears to have been written more for IT Glue people -- and then someone edited the top portion a bit to be more Datto-specific without really cleaning up the rest of the email (or the sender/from itself).     I took advantage of M365's message rules, and set up a rule that all emails from @ datto.com gets forwarded to their support email address.
