  • Does anyone know where I can find some free 2d backgrounds for a bank robbery?
Ive looked on itch.io, gamedevmarket.net, opengameart.org, and r/gameassets but didnt find any. Surely bank robberies are a common enough theme to be some out there somewhere, but I cant find them and I just started so I don't know where else to look tbh. Im also a broke college student so it needs to be a free asset or I cannot afford it lol. Source: 6 months ago

  • LÖVE: a framework to make 2D games in Lua
You might need to dig around a little for animated sprite sheets, but there are plenty of good quality free 2d assets: https://www.kenney.nl/assets https://itch.io/game-assets/free https://opengameart.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago

  • Just got my first Dreamcast, any must haves I should get right away?
Jojos bizarre adventure is an awesome fighting game! Also of course you have to get marvel vs capcom 2, again another fantastic fighting game. Plasma sword, again another cool fighting game (there are a lot of fun fighting games on DC) and a personal favorite of mine is a strange tennis game, Japanese only called boku no tennis jinsei... Final suggestion has kinda jank controls but quake 3 arena is quite unique... Source: 9 months ago
  • hi, can you help me?
I use gPSP Kai (which you can download from this wololo.net page, and I download my ROMs from this page. Don't forget you'll also need a GBA BIOS file (you can find one with a quick Internet search). If you don't have one already, that may be where the root of your problem lies... Hope that helps.
