Https://onionplay.se/ While it does have pop up tabs occasionally (not always), can just simply close em all asap with no issue. Haven't had a problem at all. They even got a discord server so you can be pinged for updates on what they've added, changed, and downtimes (if any). Source: 11 months ago
These locales regularly request that watchers take studies to watch motion pictures on the web. That is the manner by which they set up with the expenses. Then again they might have advertisements on their destinations. Anyway there are many locales which really perform secret exercises under the front of being film destinations. They might introduce unsafe programming like spywares and malwares on your PC to take... Source: over 2 years ago
I see games from OnionPlay as a gift and I don’t like to know what I’m getting until I unwrap it. So when I started the game and my little flying man took an instant nose dive leading to a game over, I was a little confused. I prefer Kodi: https://kodi.tv/ It is free and open sourced and won't use DRM or phone home on you. Nothing comes out on DVD anymore, everything is Video Streaming paid per month or year. - Source: Hacker News / about 17 hours ago

Honestly? I use https://beets.io/ to organise all my FLAC on my NAS. I expose the /Music directory over NFC. I use https://kodi.tv/ to stream music to my amp. I manually pick the album I want to listen to. Kodi also has a fairly reasonable web UI. Keep it simple. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Do yourself a favor, get a shitty PC or raspberry pi, plug it into your TV, and install Kodi on it. Source: 11 months ago
Kodi sounds like what you're describing. You connect it to a tv and it can play media from your network, or use add-ons for internet streaming. I'm not sure if it includes the most popular streaming services, but I suppose you could use a browser for those. Source: 11 months ago
