Libraries are always an invaluable tool to recommend and can help you get hold of books, for me jstor.org with 100 articles a month on a free account, academia.edu has free papers have been very useful as a platform.... The problem here is that academia.edu is not perse a place where authors will upload their papers; it rather functions as a large academic PDF exchange. I have messaged the uploader a while back, but have not received a response. Source: 11 months ago
