Staying compliant contributes to the success of any business. However, many employers find HR compliance a hard nut to crack since even a minor mistake can lead to hefty penalties and a bad reputation. It is double trouble for those companies who employ foreign talent as they have to go through all the immigration formalities and associated processes besides the routine HR procedures. The fear of audits from DOL or ICE adds to the list of challenges.
There are hundreds of software that promise to give guidance in your business, but often at the cost of compliance. HR teams always keep an eye out for innovative solutions to manage their workforce but many times end up going through the same trouble and confusion.
Keeping this in mind, we have developed ‘OnBlick’ as a software that delivers on this promise of ensuring legal compliance. Right from giving the best onboarding experience for your employees, it helps you with everything you need to have an engaged and efficient workforce. Your HR teams would now find it easy to create and retain all the documentation needed for your employees and also stay up-to-date with the ever-changing regulations.
Our goal is to handle the complexities in HR processes for you so that you can focus on growing your businesses and economy.

W2 employee - More complicated to setup but there are lots of great services like Gusto that do pretty much everything for you. Then you just run payroll and taxes are taken out of his check. Source: over 1 year ago
Third - the 1099. If you have a consulting contract, then you don't have to pay taxes for the individual. The consulting contract will clearly state that they are responsible for all taxes, including self-employment taxes. I still use a payroll service (gusto.com in my case, but whatever floats your boat) to pay contractors, that way someone else is taking care of the 1099s and such, which can be a pain in the ass.
