I’m 🙈 like everyone else about writing directly into the AO3 editor (don’t know about Wattpad, does that autosave?) – even a browser-based alternative that autosaves like online notepad app, ompad, zenpen or an etherpad would be safer for writing (not for storing drafts ofc). I think you can use https://cdburnerxp.se/ to create VCDs directly from the video files you have. Its been years since I burned any kind of CD so I can't say for sure, but I believe it supports making VCD. Source: almost 2 years ago

Assuming you have a CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive, you can use a program like ImgBurn or CDBurnerXP to "rip" (copy) the disc onto your computer. Most software will rip as BIN+CUE or ISO. You will be able to use that in a PS1 emulator such as Duckstation or ePSXe. Source: almost 3 years ago
