There are usually a lot of repeated sentences in formal documents so memory bank-based translation tools really help to translate faster (you're being paid by translated page usually, so it's in your best interest to do it fast). They also have pronunciation, phrases etc. I checked a few translations and pronunciations in some languages I know, they seem accurate and manual.
