Move your mouse over the green zoom button in any window, and Moom's mouse control overlay will appear (as seen in the above animation).
Most of my favs have already been listed, so I’ll add Moom to the list for window management. It take a bit to set the initial templates up, but one click or key combo instantly arranges my windows across monitors. I think it was a few bucks, but is absolutely worth the time it saves.

PopClip appears when you select text with your mouse on your Mac.
I was surprised PopClip (https://pilotmoon.com/popclip/) didn't show up more often. It is a bit expensive for a simple utility at $15, but I'm glad I spent that money for it, as it saves me so much effort over the course of my work day. I do a wide range of website work, so I spend a ton of time manipulating text, moving text from one app to another, things like that. PopClip makes that so much easier by providing a small, customizable menu to apply actions to any highlight text in any app.
